Care4Web sells digital services only: domain name registration, domain name transfer and web hosting. Nothing is shipped to a physical address. This policy explains how and when each service is delivered after your payment is confirmed.
1. Order confirmation
As soon as your payment is successful, you will see a confirmation page and receive an email with your order reference (starting with C4W-) and payment details, sent to the email address you verified at checkout.
2. Domain registration
New domain registrations are normally completed within a few business hours of payment on working days (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST), and within 1 working day at the latest. Orders paid outside these hours are processed on the next working day. We email you when the domain is registered. New domains can take up to 24–48 hours to work everywhere on the internet while DNS updates.
3. Domain transfer
We start transfers within 1 working day of payment, once we have a valid authorisation (EPP) code. Transfers usually complete within 5–7 days, depending on the registry and your current registrar, and may require you to approve an email from your current registrar. We keep you updated by email until the transfer is complete.
4. Web hosting
Hosting accounts are set up within 1 working day of confirming your plan and payment. Login details are sent to your registered email address. If you asked for help moving an existing website, our team will agree a migration time with you.
5. Delays
Delivery can occasionally be delayed by registry maintenance, incorrect or incomplete registrant details, verification checks, or public holidays. If we can't deliver a service, you will be refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
